2. Scope

These Terms apply to all purchases made through the Premium Pig online store.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian;
• all information provided is accurate and complete;
• you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

3. Products

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images and specifications are accurate.

However:

• colours may vary depending on your screen settings;
• slight variations in materials or manufacturing may occur;
• product availability is subject to stock levels.

We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product without prior notice.

4. Prices

All prices displayed on the website are shown in the selected currency.

Prices may include or exclude VAT depending on the customer's location and applicable tax regulations.

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout.

7. Shipping

We ship worldwide.

Delivery times depend on the destination country and chosen shipping method.

Estimated delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed.

Premium Pig is not responsible for delays caused by:

• customs inspections;
• courier companies;
• force majeure events;
• incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Ownership of the products transfers to the customer upon delivery.

Risk of loss passes to the customer once the package has been delivered to the carrier.

8. Customs Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes or brokerage fees.

These charges are determined by the destination country and are not included in the product price unless explicitly stated.

The customer is solely responsible for paying any applicable customs charges.

9. Returns

Customers located within the European Union have the legal right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods without providing any reason.

To exercise this right, customers must notify us by email before returning the products.

Returned products must:

• be unworn;
• be unused;
• include original tags;
• be returned in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.

After receiving and inspecting the returned products, refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Refunds are typically issued within 14 days after receiving the returned goods.
